"Day By Day" with
Pastor Phil Ballmaier can be heard Monday through Friday mornings
at 4:30am and Monday through Friday evenings at 7:30pm on
AM
1160 WYLL and on Calvary Chapel Radio Ministry (CCRM).
Prayer Meetings
We have times of church prayer
on Sunday mornings at 7:30 before the 8:30 service, and on
Wednesday evenings at 6:15 P.M. preceeding our midweek service.
We also hold various men's and women's prayer meetings throughout
the week.
Emergency Prayer Chain
The Prayer Chain was created
to provide immediate prayer support for those who are in desperate
need. If you have an urgent prayer request, please call the
church line at 847.895.3545.
Resource Tables
You
can find recorded messages, books, information and various
literature on the resource tables in the back of the sanctuary.
Home Fellowships
Home small groups are a great
way to develop relationships with other Christians while getting
to know God's Word. We have a number of small groups meeting
throughout the week. Please see "This
Week at Calvary" or contact our church office
for information about where and when our home fellowships
meet.
Missions
Calvary Chapel supports God's
global work through ministries like Far Reaching Ministries,
Gospel for Asia and Camp Elim. Our Missions Focus Fellowship
seeks to support and encourage those serving in the mission
field.
Women's Ministry
Our Women's Ministry is engaged
in helping women grow in their relationship with Christ through
Bible studies, prayer meetings and special events. Please
see the bulletin for upcoming events.
Kid's Hope U.S.A.
Investing in the life of a
child can have a profound and lasting impact! God has opened
the door for members of our fellowship to mentor boys and
girls at a local elementary school. For information on how
to become a mentor or a prayer partner, please see the bulletin
or contact the church office.
Evangelistic Outreaches
We are regularly engaged in
reaching out with the Gospel to our local communities through
various forms of evangelism, including street-witnessing and
musical outreach.
Nursing Home Ministry
Every Sunday of the month,
members of Calvary Chapel EGV hold an outreach to the Manor
Care Nursing Home of Elk Grove Village. Activities include
friendship evangelism, Christian encouragement and mercy,
biblical teaching, worship with singing and prayer. Come and
reach the elderly for Christ!
Cornerstone Community Outreach
As we seek to reach the homeless
with the Good News, we attempt to meet some of their basic
physical needs as well. Please contact the Church office for
information on how you can help.
Retreats
Please consider joining us
for our spring Men's Retreat or fall Women's Retreat. These
are refreshing times with great bible teaching, worship and
fellowship!
Israel Tours
Calvary Chapel of Elk Grove
has teamed with Inspired Travel for trips to the
Holy Land. These Bible teaching tours truly make the scriptures
